"Unfortunately our experience here was very bad. There are lot of UMass college students who frequently have loud parties. I also see needles lying around after the party. Kamins does the maintenance but unfortunately they are not very active and requests do not get resolved soon. I would definitely not recommend if you have kids or plan to stay in a calm place."

"The staff is rude esp Tony- he is off putting and makes fun of non American accents :( watch out for a 600 dollar extra service fee and also super high prices with almost nothing included- no heat, water etc. I wonder how much the property owners make but they should really rethink who they hire. Update: they didn't even clean the apartment- there's actual hair on the toilet and the floors have dirt and grime all over them"
