They updated the common area washing machines while I was there as well. And in the winter, I never had to worry about unshoveled steps or unplowed driveways, which was a great relief. "622 Main St has been our home for the past 4 years! And it has been one of the best places we've ever lived in. This is because the landlord and his team at GreenbaumRentals have excellent service. Every time we needed apartment service the landlord promptly responded from fixing the dryer/washer to placing an AC unit. Would strongly recommend! The landlord is also very kind, and should a problem arise, he's willing to offer solutions."
"A group of girls and I rented one of Joel’s properties on Main Street for the last two years (2019-2021). Not only was it a beautiful and spacious house complete with amenities, but we created a lifetime of memories! Any time there was an issue, Joel responded very quickly and came over or sent a member of his team (also amazing, shoutout Nick and Joe). We never had to lift a finger. Very fair prices and rules as well, a very honest and transparent landlord. Please rent with him!"
