"I've lived here for a few months now, and I'm really enjoying it! It's relatively close to the town center, the apartment is well kept and clearly had been repainted, cleaned, etc. before I moved in. Maintenance help and management have been nice and responsive. The snow removal process mentioned in another review is a little weird to me, but I just asked my neighbor about it the first time it snowed and it wasn't actually a big deal. I do appreciate them plowing even if it's a little bit of a car ballet to get it all done. My only gripes are: it's sad that there's not in-unit laundry--I've been spoiled living in other areas of the country; the floors are like, comically squeaky, but what can you do; and there's an odd smell emanating from one of my cupboards, but I don't see signs of a leak or anything, and my boyfriend didn't notice it, so maybe that one's just a me problem. All in all, I'd definitely recommend it!"
"Stay away! What an awful experience I had staying here back in 2018. I had over $3000 worth of items stolen from my basement storage space with 0 help from management even though they had records of who entered the basement! Shady staff and a shady corporation. They will raise rent by at least $60 after a year so be sure to factor that into your plans. Don't be fooled by the website, the wood floors are obnoxiously squeaky and the counters and bathroom are all laminate. There are better places to stay around, and this is coming from a tenant who never complained while I was there and always paid rent early. If you do end up here, whatever you do, do not trust any valuables in storage."
