"This is a nice, clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Public transportation is really good (many bus options), and it is so convenient that Hilldale mall is right next door. The building is well maintained, and the built-in appliances in my apartment work perfectly. Move-in was very easy thanks to Taylor, and I was very pleased to see that my room was so clean upon walking into my apartment. The property manager is very nice and responds to questions very quickly. It has been a very pleasant experience living here so far."
"I have lived at The Hamptons for a year and it is fantastic. It is hard to imagine a more convenient location, and the finishes in the building are very high quality. Most importantly, as a single woman living there, I always felt very safe. The area is very nice, and every part of the building and parking garage feels secure (although I'm quite sure given the area this isn't an issue). Overall, I think it is the nicest rental property I have ever lived in."

"We recently moved to the Hamptons @ Hilldale from California, and we have had the best experience ever. Andrew provided us with a wonderful experience and introduction to the Hamptons. He answered all the questions thoroughly and remained patient and kind with us. Moving across the country during a pandemic is terrifying, but Andrew made this process as easy as possible. We felt prepared and knew everything going into it, and all the details about the apartment, the building were exactly how we expected it. I can surely say we made an awesome choice!
