"Our visit here was wonderful. From the moment we entered the lobby the young lady and young man at the front desk greeted my husband and I with smiles and kind words. They were very quick to answer any questions we had and gave us clear instructions to our room. The room was impeccably clean, the bed was very comfortable and we had great city views. They have a parking garage, a restaurant and bar area and a well stocked snack area. Although we had a very short stay we would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back for future stays when we are in the area. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so very much, John & Sharon Cotter"
"The hotel is beautiful. I love the lobby and room set up. The parking garage is a major bonus since there is limited parking on campus. Wish they would have spent a bit more on the mattresses that could definitely be improved."
"Thank you for a wonderful stay. The location was perfect as we were here to go to the Kohl Center (less than a 5 minute walk) for a Badgers basketball game. Rooms were clean, and the staff was extremely helpful and hospitable. HIGHLY recommend this place! The hot chocolate bar is a nice touch!"
"I had a restful night. The service was very hospitable and d the staff workers that clean the rooms. Although the cafe appears to be a comfortable dining space but I wouldn’t know due to the fact no one came to seat my and son and I. It is a predominantly caucasian, The thing for me is, money spends the same for us all, so expect the same treatment. Other than the experience good could have been amazing!!"
"This place is fabulous. I have been traveling to Madison regularly for the past year and a half to take my dog to the vet center, and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else to stay. The rooms are great, clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the location is perfect. The bartender is always friends and helpful in locating local attractions. Michael Luehrs, the General Manager has been extremely helpful and very responsive. He should be proud of his staff. And my dog Drake even has his picture on the VIP wall. What else could you ask for."
