"The Ideal truly stands out from other management companies in Madison. Although I had a few hiccups when I first moved in, The Ideal was quick to resolve the issues and make it right. Since then, I've been extremely impressed with their professionalism and kindness towards residents. The security deposits they require are very low and they work with you to make subletting as painless as possible (just a one-time $100 fee). Compare that with my current management company, who are trying to nickel and dime me for every cent and are generally unresponsive. A nightmare. Although the Ideal is expensive (as is everywhere in Madison these days), their service makes it worth the cost. Highly recommend!"
"I have lived at the Ideal Apartments for three years, and I love it here. The apartments are spacious with large windows. The amenities include a a roof top area for grilling out, a large community room and a fitness center. All of the staff are friendly and accommodating. They take into consideration the needs of the residents and find ways to make sure we are completely satisfied."

"I lived at The Ideal for 2 years and loved every second of it. My apartment was great, and the building management was always top notch -- friendly, personable, and prompt in servicing any requests I ever had. I used the community room and the workout room all the time, which was a huge boon considering I basically had a great place to study or do work from home, and a free gym -- all right in my building. If I was still in Madison, I'd definitely still be living at the Ideal."
"Going on our 2nd year here. This is the nicest apartment complex you'll find. The kitchen is AMAZING! The property manager is wonderful and maintenance is taken care of quickly. The first apartments we found in Madison that actually do have a luxury touch and it's worth it."
