NoVo Apartments

"If you are looking for a smoke-free community then Novo is not the apartment for you. They are not upfront about about being a smoke friendly apartment building until you experience strong cigarette smoke coming into your apartment through the hallway from other apartments. I thought we were in the era were all community living spaces were smoke-free. Very disappointing. The health and safety of residents should be a top priority and management has shown allowing people to smoke in their apartments is more important. Additionally this place is not work from home friendly. Construction is loud and management is not flexible on notices to enter your apartment."

"The move-in process was really smooth. Renee was really patient in answering all the questions I had, both Renee and Lainie are wonderful to work with! As for the apartment, very modern and tidy, everything is well-thought and well-organized to provide a smooth living experience. Definitely would recommend anyone who wants to live in the downtown area and enjoy a good view of both lakes."

"Novo is a great place to live if you're a student or working in the downtown area! It's close to all things downtown, and there are many bus stops near the building to travel to throughout the city. People are really friendly around this area. From our apartments we could see the outdoor seating from Lucille's and Settle Down, and it gave a great environment for city living. (picture is taken from our apartment) The dog run in the building is also awesome! There is space, as well, to take out your dog right near the building if you want to take a short walk. We take our dog for a walk around the capitol and it's always nice. Lastly, the building is brand new, so all of the bathrooms, appliances, floors, countertops, etc. are extremely nice. With this apartment building, you are getting one of the best overall experiences in downtown Madison."

"My husband and I really enjoy living here. Being close to the capitol is a lot of fun with the restaurants and farmers market all within walking distance. We've found it exceptionally easy to work with Renee, the property manager, as she responds to all of our emails or texts promptly and is always willing to find solutions to any issues that may arise. The property managers are always available to you in the lobby of the building during the weekdays, so it's really easy to get ahold of them! We will miss living here, and we are sure future tenants will enjoy Novo as their home."

"I adore living here, the coffee in the lobby is such a cute station with teas and creamers and flavorings that change based on the season and really brightens my day. All of the residents are very respectful to one another, and it’s always nice passing a pupper in the hall on their way to use the terrace. I’m here as a student at UW and it is worth the bus rides to and from campus. I’m happy to call Novo my home, and definitely recommend to anyone seeking a modern style apartment with a low utility bill! Management has been nothing but kind and supportive while being professional, and I feel they genuinely care about their residents."
