"I LOVED living at The Reserve. I lived there for almost two years. The apartment, management and the maintenance crew were great. Any issues I had in the apartment (which were minor) was taken care of quickly. Loved the amenities (fitness room, dog washing station, car wash port, coffee/espresso machine)! If you’re a dog owner, this place is for you. It can be tough to get into because demand is high, but once you’re in you’ll love it. If I hadn’t purchased a place in Chicago, I would have stayed longer."

"We have lived here for over a year now. When my husband and I were looking to move to Madison from out of state early 2022, I searched for over a month and compared around 15 different apartment complexes. I'm not exaggerating- The Reserve At High Point was the front runner easily. Checked off all the boxes with some extras such as a free coffee machine for all and the pool table in the common room. In addition, having an INCLUDED garage parking space and an affordable 2bd 2ba rent can be quite rare in Madison these days. The building is fairly new and they maintain it very well. Keith is the head of Maintainence and is super friendly/helpful. Thanks to the management here, we felt confident in leasing site unseen. Alicia is the property manager and is amazing at what she does. She's very approachable and genuinely kind. She has her office door open most of the time and is always willing to help. The ONLY downside here is that it's fairly difficult to find availability and if you like something you need to move quickly. We are very thankful we were able to find a rare opening and get to live at The Reserve At High Point."

"Living at The Reserve is like staying at a 5 star hotel and since I’ve stayed at many hotels, I can speak with experience. Just walking around the complex with my dog is evidence as well. Work is always underway whether it be working on the manicured landscaping or cleaning the lobby. I say this because maintenance, to me, is critical. Keith, who is in charge of providing service, ensures excellence. Reece, a member of the staff, takes pride in his work, pays attention to detail in satisfying tenant’s requests. At the helm is Alicia. Her leadership is flawless.I appreciate her very much. For me, one of her great contributions is the sense of community she has brought to us. I’ve always been a homeowner, but moving here and having such a comfortable lifestyle, I have never looked back. The amenities are endless and pets are welcome, but in any organization, it’s the people that have the greatest impact. Keith, Reece and Alicia has made The Reserve one of the premier places to live."

"Awesome! I been here a little over a year now and I LOVE IT HERE! It is modern, has nice amenities, gym rooms, and a gorgeous community room and kitchen. There are nice sitting areas outside for when it is warm (or cold). The management team, they are very helpful and professional, always providing excellent customer service. The location could not be better, close to the interstate (belt line), to the West Towne Mall, Walmart and Woodman's. You are literally 2 minutes away from all the best stores in Madison. If you are a walker and/or jogger there are several pleasant routes you can take right outside your door. The neighbors are friendly. The property is well maintained and clean. To put it simply, the Reserve at High Point is just a very nice place to call Home."
