"I been living here for 3 yrs and I absolutely hate it here …. The property is no good . Nothing ever gets fix , pest problem throughout the complex.. Hallways are always dirty , animal feces on the grass and that’s just a few of the problems here…I been trying to find new housing for a year and it’s so expensive out here . I recommend looking somewhere else for an apartment before you be stuck here like some of us..UPDATE … NOW THE CREAKHEADS IN THE BUILDINGS BROKE ALL THE LOCKS IN THE BASEMENTS . THEY GO IN AND OUT THE THE BASEMENT LEAVING ROCKS IN THE DOORS IN THE HALLWAYS. THEY HALLWAYS SMELL LIKE TRASH.... I CANT SEEM TO GET OUT THIS APARTMENT NO ONE IN THE OFFICE TO VERIFY HOW LONG I BEEN LIVING HERE"
"i have lived here for 4 months and i have multiple sort of urgent maintenance issues that were in my apartment when i moved in they won’t fix my mail box there’s been 3 different management companies the 5 months i’ve lived here and not a single one would repair anything it is borderline unlivable"
"The office are closed all the time. they never response to the call. my patio glass was broken from last two months and I have made several complain but never got reparse yet. so disappointing."
"They never respond to phone calls. New management doesn’t take care of my friends maintenance issues, who lives there. 90 degrees with no air conditioner? Malfunctioning freezer? Come on!! Never any available visitor parking because they allow junkers to permenantly park in the few visitors stalls that are there."
"I’ve been here for 4yrs and this place has gotten worse and worse throughout the years. I highly recommend nobody move here. We’ve had at least 20-30 different managers that never know what they’re doing, they never answer the phones, the hallways are always so dirty and nothing EVER gets fixed. Highly recommend to lease somewhere that’s worth your money."
