"My wife and I rented from this place a few years back. Rent was always on time and we didn't make a lot of noise either. Didn't matter though, they were still very rude and unprofessional. The place had a terrible roach problem and the wheel was stolen off of my car. We couldn't stand it anymore , so we moved and just paid for two places for a while. I'm happy to say we are now home owners and are glad we got out when we did."

"I lived in Admirals way for 3 years. I experienced a few maintenance issues but it was always addressed immediately. The property manager was awesome and always willing to help with any issues. I absolutely love my rental experience with Admirals Way."

"Please DO NOT move here. Moved here despite reviews because it was close to base and and needed a place quick. We've had a problem with roaches since we moved in almost a year ago, the plumbing is horrible, Constantly have issues with toilet overflowing or not flushing. Maintance just says it's a issue with the area before the apartment was built. Water pressure is always low. Maintance always has an attitude when they have to fix anything. Takes them forever to come. The manager is very unprofessional and could care less about any issues you have with the apartment. No respect for military personnel!!! Neighbors upstairs have over 5 kids and 2 parents in their apartment constantly noise. When I complained about noise management just told me to call police after I already had done that. Complained about washer not working and it will be 3 weeks Monday before it's fixed. Bathroom celing has a leak took two weeks to fix and it happened again a week later that was five months ago and have still yet to fix it again with the celing peeling away, the whole apartment has water damage from leaks and refuse to fix, Always loud music, saw a girl get beat up by a guy right across the street from my apartment. Never any parking spots! Please do yourself a favor and don't move here. By far the worst apartment I've ever lived in."

"The Apartment complex was okay. I didn't receive my $500 deposit back after moving out , even when I had MILITARY ORDERS and still had to pay something in order to move out. They gave me a hard time to receive a military discount and would not give me my money back from paying full rent when I stated that I was ACTIVE MILITARY ALONG WITH ORDERS. I feel as if they were something wrong with this system. No respect for the military personnel.The exercise room only have two old machines which shares the space with the laundry room. I always heard my neighbors above me and had a problem with people parking within my assigned parking spot. I would NOT recommend anyone to stay here ESPECIALLY MILITARY PERSONNEL."

"The staff here are extremely rude and take for ever to assist you and that if they feel like it. I had an occasion where my kitchen sink was over flowing we called them right away and they took 3hrs to show up meanwhile I was there dumping out the excess trying to stop it. They haven't even fixed any of the broken drawers in the kitchen after countless calls, also you have horrible lighting in here. As far as the manager Vicky she doesn't not do her job. They let people park in your spot with no sticker n expect you to do everything like call a tow company talk to them over and over for nothing. Also my upstairs neighbors smoke constantly and they refuse to come check it out the smoke goes through the vent and into my place I have kids here. Please do your research on this place it might me a convenient location but trust me you'll regret moving here."
