"I’m very glad I moved away from this complex. Thin walls, creaky ceiling, and roaches are just some of the issues that I experienced living here. Maintenance requests were seen quickly; however, the issues would never be properly fixed. I found Tayjah, the assistant manager, to be very rude and unprofessional to me during the move-out process."

"Do not move here. Car theft/break ins happen here. The roaches are huge but yet we have to pay for pest control. Not to mention how unprofessional everyone in the office is, including Claudia, the property manager. Don't waste your money. Trust me. These apartments don't even deserve 1 star."

"Was recommended here from a friend and I can honestly say it is a decent place to live. I know all apartments are not perfect. I've been living here for 6 months and have encounter some issues first month living here I had someone walked in on me while naked in my home that just tells you they did not changed the locks on the apartment. My refrigerator was freezing my food for a month and I called and put in 3 complaints it took them almost a month to give me another one with all the wasted food. Another complaint I brought up was my bathroom smelled like cigarettes everyday around a certain time at night when I called and complain to front desk they had idea what to do not helpful at all they even told me they don't have a smell policy which makes no sense. Something positive about the complex there are a lot of surrounding places to visit very convenient spot right behind Walmart off military HWY and other stores. Very quiet apartments have not heard any gun shots or heard of any car break ins. I don't know if I will be renewing my lease but I hope this is helpful."

"I’ve lived in Norcova Gardens for almost 2 years. My move in process was exceptional. Maintenance are hardworking and come in a timely manner. My concern is more about safety. My car was broken into. There are a lot of break ins on and around the property. I wish there was something that could be done to make residents feel more safe. Luckily, there were cameras that were more helpful then the Norfolk Police Dept. I will be planning to relocated for this reason. "I see a lot of good reviews for this complex. At first I did, until the toilets started running over week after week. Toilet water would be all in the hallway.. the floors became molded and they only cleaned the carpet after several complaints. Mold was throughout the house. Not only that, I couldn't take the huge bug problems. (Roaches, and different other bugs). I'm disabled and I would literally be pushing my wheelchair through toilet water.. They had the nerve to take away my security deposit for moving out on the 5th! I was forced out by lack of concern of my issues. No offense Claudia but your response to my review is not true at all. These results came from two years over time. occurrence after occurrence.. I called maintenance and they dried the carpet but that's it. They said it was from wipes someone put in the toilet... Your a good person ... but that was absolutely not true."
