"The worst hotel on earth. Cockroaches, the floor was filthy and had not been cleaned, lots of hair in the shower, extremely rude staff, no breakfast as advertised. I encourage everyone to contact the health department to get this place condemned. To the hotel- Please do not comment on this post thanking me for my review and apologize that I did not have a more satisfactorily stay. You are very aware of the scam you’re running."

"For anyone going here because they saw the ad at Norfolk baggage claim, this motel does not currently have a working airport shuttle nor do they have the advertised continental breakfast. It was ok for one night due to a cancelled flight, but I would look elsewhere."
"This is hands down the worst hotel that I have ever had the misfortune of staying at. My room reeked of smoke even though it is supposed to be a smoke free room, bedsheets had burnholes, room had an iron holder on the wall with no iron. I called reception about this and was told that they were not available. And when I checked in, I was told that there was a shuttle to the airport. But the next morning, the morning crew told me that there wasn't a driver available and told me to order an uber. This hotel is filthy and customer service is nonexistent. The only way they can get away with their ridiculous prices for the service that you receive is the fact that it is a 5 minute drive from the airport. I highly recommend NOT booking at this hotel."
