"I’ve lived at TGM Ridge with my family for a year and it is hands-down the best apartment I’ve rented in Northern VA. Management and maintenance teams are excellent, helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. We’ve had an especially positive experience with the property manager Faith and the leasing office staff. Any issues we bring up to management or maintenance are addressed fully and promptly. We’ve had no major problems with the apartment or the community and it has been a pleasant experience so far. We love the dog park, gym, plenty of parking, and proximity to shopping centers, parks, and highways 66 & 29. The apartment unit is spacious and recently renovated / modern. My favorite parts of living in a top floor apartment are the gorgeous view of the sunsets and grassy fields of the property, the privacy, and the quiet from being up away from the roads and traffic; it’s worth the hike up the stairs. It’s a clean and quiet community; it’s a great location; high quality and affordable for the area. Overall very happy with our experience here!"
