Best Western Manassas

"The comments I've read are horrendous this is an amazing hotel. Hospitality from the front desk and the workers here are top tier. Jacuzzi room was amazing I'll definitely be spending my money here again. There may be a slight delay with check in that's really all too it since the front desk person is always working exceptionally around the clock. Overall Best Western has my heart."

"Room had been recently carpet cleaned and was still wet, reeked of cleaning products, cleaning staff unfriendly, But other staff really pleasant and helpful. Best Western has gone down a lot not sure if I will ever stay at another one."

"I would not recommend staying at this hotel. When you first walk in the customer service is poorly. I would hope to see someone presentative and not look at someone that just rolled off the bed. Another thing , not sure if there is a older women that just lives there because I stayed for a over a week and I would just notice she was always around. It’s just unprofessional and I’m not sure if upper management is aware. When I checked into my room it definitely needs some TLC. The decor is so old and it doesn’t match the pricing for the stay. You would also think they would offer you new towels and pick up trash if you’re staying for a while. When checking out , I searched around to see if I was missing anything and noticed a PILL under the bed. Could you imagine if I had a child with me. They could be crawling and eat something I wouldn’t know is there. The breakfast is not the freshest. They wrap the bread completely with plastic over it and makes it difficult to access it. Also , the batter mix was in the refrigerator in a large bucket with no date. Breakfast is too simple for it not to be good. I don’t believe they have a cook because you can see the front desk lady setting it all up. Overall , this place needs a huge makeover and staff needs to treat the place as an hotel and not their home."

"With the work that i do i typically work long nights while out of town. I checked in about 5 AM this morning 7-13-23. Got room 129. Walked in the room smelled really good and fresh. A/C was not cold but was fine when we came in. Frigerator did not work. But we were only gonna be the room about 6 hours then leaving to go back to work. When we woke up it was if i had to guess about 80 degrees In the room. Ac was blowing room temperature air. The shower took about 10 minutes to warm up. When i checked out i spoke with the unpleasant lady at the desk. Her answer to everything was did you tell anybody when you came in. I said no and explained what time i got in etc. thats when she went back to “if you dont tell anybody we dont know” with an attitude As i stated room was not cold but was not hot when i came in. I literally worked 15 hours. I was tired and just wanted sleep. Oh ya the bed felt like 1x2s and springs if there was any cushion in it or not i dont know. Needless to say this is a hotel i will not stay at again if in this area."
