"They said they had a kitchenette room available, but when we got there after booking the room, it was not a kitchenette room. Filthy hallway and rug. Room had a bad odor when I walked in. Sticky walls, bugs behind the microwave and refrigerator and in the bathroom. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL! IT IS THE WORST!!!! ☹️☹️"

"Booked online months ago for two nights and received confirmation in email and everything. Called a few days before my trip just to confirm and they said it was only for one night. No other rooms in the area available, my trip is now ruined. Also when I told them I needed to cancel I got hung up on twice. Don't book here if you don't want to ruin a much anticipated trip."

"Good motel. Very convenient location with 7Eleven & gas station right next and a restaurant and take out stores across the street. The building was slightly old but the room was clean (* more details below) and had everything one would need which includes microwave, refrigerator, TV, and 3 chest drawers for storage for a longer stay. What I didn't expect in a low-priced motel was a hair dryer and Kleenex tissues in the bathroom that were very convenient if you didn't have one on your own. The bed was clean and had a cotton bed sheet that felt warmer than a polyester sheet in a hotel which I hate. The AC/heat was not centrally-controlled, meaning that I could choose AC or heat and set the temp. It was extremely helpful because the weather changed and the temperature dropped by 30+ F on the day I arrived (mid October), and I needed the heater than AC. I didn't have extra clothes in my luggage, and the heater saved me. As soon as I arrived in the room, I inspected for bedbugs which I normally do as I travel and use motels occasionally. There was no sign of bedbug or other pest infestation. The mattresses were actually pretty new. I checked at night too but nothing happened. The staff were friendly. The family who run the business live upstairs and clean and care for everything on their own. Their "boss", old gentleman, also comes to help at the front desk, and he was super friendly too. He checked me in earlier and also allowed me to check out 1 hour late (12 pm) when the even I attended for the trip ended late by 1 hour. The boss and the male manager were willing to accommodate my late check-out time with no extra fee. I left everything in my room and came back late but nothing was touched and all was safe. It's a motel and old building. But think about it: how clean a 20+ yr old apartment building could get by vacuuming, scrubbing down, and repainting? I see worse apartments for rent in Washington DC. This motel was better than some of the higher-priced motels that I had stayed in and was cheaper. I have an event in March in this area and am planning to use this motel again."
