"Just to preface it is currently 5 degrees outside. Spent the night on the filthy love seat covered in human discharge because the heater which was turned off at the breaker (i.e. because they were aware it was broken). Told the front desk and she was extremely nice, however my consolation for no sleep was a free Red Bull. Do better. Maybe offer to clean the stains off the couch or not book a room with a heater that is knowingly not working when it's in the middle of winter."

"Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean and stylish with excellent customer service. Check-in was fast and easy. The room itself was roomy, well equipped and very comfortable. Great value for the price."

"The hotel appeared to be very clean and newly renovated, however the new design no longer included the usable space like an eating surface and not having the tv mounted, etc. Despite the hotel having seemingly low occupancy, season etc, the manager would not accommodate a rate match for an extended stay. So after a few reward nights, I checked out and in somewhere else. However after reading some reviews and based on the encounter with the manager, maybe it’s was for the best. While I understand reno recoupment and other revenue requirements but based on the above factors, I can’t see turning down the revenue and inconveniencing a platinum elite member."

"Jessica, the assistant manager was amazing!!! If it was not for her I would have left a few weeks into my stay. She was very helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. Such a kind soul. When I was staying there, I had no idea the bathroom was leaking to the floor below and got a knock on my door asking about when was I able to move without any explanation. Then once I went downstairs to speak with the manager I told him I could transfer rooms the same day, no help offered in moving my stuff. Maintenance came back, rushing asking when I will be done. I told him 3 hours!!! Then the toilet in the new room had problems without my knowledge and I seen a note where maintenance came to my room. I went downstairs and politely asked that no one enters my room beside housekeeping without asking me especially for maintenance. My room was scheduled to get clean weekly, there were three times that my room was not cleaned but marked down stating someone came and cleaned it. All three times Jessica offered to clean it for me which I declined because I told her that’s not her job and people need to do their job especially if they are getting paid for it. Services not being performed by workers and dissatisfied customers reflect on the manager. Jessica should be promoted to the lead manager. She was so much more helpful than the actual manager. Jessica needs a raise and needs to be promoted. Housekeeping has it good, get paid for not doing their job. Must be nice. Reflects on the manager again! Jessica is awesome, needs to be promoted, needs a raise! Such a hard worker and dedicated to her job, meets the needs of the customers. That’s a manager to me!! She did more than the actual manager."

"First time staying at this hotel and it won’t be the last. I enjoyed everything about this hotel, it was in a nice area not too far from any of the food places that were recommended to try. It was very quiet throughout the night I really enjoyed that while being on the first floor right across from the front desk. Also love it had a nice kitchenette area in the room as well. Can’t wait to come back and visit again."
