"Horrible… I asked for a refund from management and they wouldn’t assist. Extremely dirty room. Found trash when I checked in my room and used napkins… I had to pay extra to check in at another hotel last minute. I could not stay in my room at red roof it was absolutely dirty and not safe."

"i have been at this hotel for a while. My experience has been decent. The room service could be better but the front desk has been excellent. Maria helped me tremendously, especially the last day I was there. the other front desk staff were very supportive as well. I would only recommend that when a concern arise that the management improve on listening. Instead of reciting policy. Look at each situation for that situation. I been their a long time and spent a lot of money on your hotel. I felt ostracized by your management and because of that I was lectured about the policy instead of them just listening to me. I found other hotels I could have patronized for less. In the future I suggest listening because the concern I had was just a disconnect in communication. I been here 2 months and have a reservation for another month. I feel i earned the right for someone their hearing my concern. With that said I like the location and definitely would recommend anyone to stay here. Thank your staff for treating me so well."

"Needed to utilize this location to bridge the gap between a 4-Hour drive and a 3:00 a.m. wake up to drop a dog off at Dulles. The staff in the lobby manages your check in through a glass security window, but it was a very quick and easy process after my room had been booked online, I had my room key and was directly above the lobby on the second floor. The rooms are pretty dated but their spacious enough to be comfortable for a night, and there is ample parking and grass space around the hotel for walking your dog in well-lit areas that are well manicured. There is a McDonald's nearby as well as other fast food options and a Walmart about 8 minutes up the road if you need any incidentals. All in all a pretty good location if you just need to crash and get back at it"
