B + G Place Apartments

"This place is the worst, and I have lived in some areas....total of 8 cars in the past month including mine had been broken into. Manament is not returning calls nor making a effort to add security for parking lot. Now that summer is approaching these events will get worst. This is unbelievable."

"My time spent with B&G was nothing short of amazing. If that wasn’t enough, things got better when Tamia joined the team. Tamia goes above and beyond to make sure things are handled properly. She truly is amazing and Legend property group should know what a wonderful job she is doing."

"Nice stay thus far, though it's only been 2 months. You do have to pre-plan showers as the water takes a second to get hot, not a big big deal. Yes the walls are a lil thin, but my neighbors aren't probloud.Biggestblem right now is my Disney + won't work and I think it may be because everyone may be on one ip address or modem."

"This isnt the worst place to live IF you only have one car BUT if you are a couple or have roommates expect to park a few blocks away in the WORST neighborhood in Norfolk because they only allow one pass. We knew it wasn't the safest area to live in but due to the security of the building and parking lot being monitored by cameras we moved in but after living here for a few months we were suddenly told we couldn't both park in the lot or we would be towed. When we signed the lease we were also promised guest parking which also doesnt exist. Management is hardly responsive if at all and they REFUSE to acknowledge the fact that NONE of this was communicated before signing the lease nor is it even mentioned in the lease. If you like paying $1400+ to park on the street, have paper thin walls, wait 20 plus minutes for hot water, no recycling, being lied to and ignored then this is the place for you!"

"Bottom line management is unresponsive. The call number is a call center in Texas so if anything happens after hours you are 100% on your own because they don’t respond to emergency calls for anything. A fire alarm went off a month ago for a full 24 hours before it was ever addressed even though there were numerous emergency maintenance requests in. Parking is a joke because they aren’t enforcing towing (even though there are signs that say they are) and so there isn’t any parking for the people that actually live here. Maintenance is also a joke. Had to fix my own washer when I moved in and my sink has been clogged for a week and maintenance has been here twice and told me it was fine both times. Legend Property Group has some pretty gnarly reviews online as well so I am sure I am not the only one experiencing these issues. It’s not THE worst place ever to live but management is basically nonexistent when there are issues unfortunately."
