"Service was very slow, not the servers fault because they only had 1 person working. The bench in the waiting area is still broken after I would guess a good year."
"It was EXTREMELY busy due to the holiday and each employee provided outstanding customer service & made sure you got seated as soon as possible. There was a little bit of a wait for the food, (like I said it was busy) but it was hot and worth the wait. There were a few ridiculously rude customers and the manager and staff handled them like a champ. This isn't the first time we've been here when it was busy and I remember the service being similar."
"Food was decent I would say it was fast and pretty accurate to the picture. The only thing is I wish the staff were just a little more friendly . We waited some time for a our drinks due to the talking and side conversations of the staff members. Nevertheless will come back eventually."
"Was missing all 3 orders of hashbrowns, side of bacon, side of sourcream, and recieved wrong omelet. Also not enough syrup (2 things) for 5 pancakes. Tried to call the IHOP you get a recording, you also get a recording for ubers 24/7 customer service line. i guess i should be happy a measley 4 bucks was refunded that hasnt been recieved yet but i got an email. i even tried to contact uber driver via app , left message , no return call. Update from review 2 years ago: Highly impressed on presentation of food even when I had delivered. Nothing was missing and everything was cooked to perfection. ☺️"
"The server said they were lacking other severs, but she was not getting our order correct or the other two tables. Got our drinks after food and forks 10 mins after the food. Stephen, the new GM, said he has only been there two weeks and is working on a new staff."
