"This location has a very slow crew! It took forever to get our food, only for them to deliver cold fries and burgers. I am very disappointed, normally the food and service at Wendy's are great. I'll continue to drive past this location and eat somewhere else going forward."
"I'd rather much come here than the location on Main St. I go occassionally on weekdays for lunch and I never have any issues. The staff is friendly and the food comes out in a reasonable amount of time. The place is clean and doesn't feel dingy like the other location. The drink machine works and the condiment station is stocked and clean. I ordered a Dave's single and chili cheese fries today and both were hot and delicious."
"Went through the drive thru. My son ordered the spicy chicken combo and I ordered the chicken nugget combo with a baked potato with chili and cheese combo. The lady even asked what kind of potato I wanted. When.i got my food I am glad I checked before I got to far because they gave me fries instead of my baked potato. Then when I went back they made me pay for the baked potato I stead of refunding me for the fries and taking that off for the potato. They can't even say they didn't hear me on what I wanted. So very disappointed."
"Dont bother going after 9pm the night shift staff is totally unprofessional. You can tell they're phoning it in and cant do the simplest of tasks such as putting requested condiments in your bag. Also refuses to make anything fresh. If they dont have it sitting under a heat lamp they will tell you that they're out of it. This is with a 10pm order and being the only car in the queue. Wont be returning."
"Just go somewhere else unless you have plenty of time to waste fo subpar food and trifling service. Idk what has happened. It used to not be this way, but it rapidly went downhill. My last couple of visits weren't so great, but I decided to try again because in the past, I've had very few issues at this location. I didn't even get food last night, I saw at least 10 vehicles leave in the 20 mins I spent in the drive-thru and never even made it close to ordering. They were literally doing 1 car at a time. You had to wait to order until the person in front of you was completely gone from the location."
