"Terrible service. After 20+ mins they didn't even attempt to make my food, I was the only one in takeout for 10 of those minutes. It was baffling, after being told to pull ahead and waiting 15 mins I entered the restaurant to speak with them, thinking they must of forgot about me. They didn't even attempt to give me service. I asked if they're going to make my food or give me a refund, the lady didn't respond, went to the registered and handed me a receipt. I had to ask does this mean your making it or refunding me and she said it's a refund and walked away. There were 5 employees present and 3 orders over 20+ mins so not busy. The nice older gentleman doing the cleaning apologized on their behalf for how useless they were. Credit to him he was doing his job. It was impressively bad and I'm almost impressed at they're level of idgaf. I'd hire the cleaner but won't be back to this bk."
"We prefer coming to this location because of the consistent quality of the food and the service. Went there on a day when they were extremely understaffed. The manager and team members were fantastic and so courteous, given the number of customers."
