"Terrible terrible terrible. Hire cashiers. Excruciatingly painful to stand around waiting for your one and only clerk on shift to acknowledge the self checkout repeatedly saying “assistance needed” while they check out a whole line of people waiting to buy tobacco products. 5 minutes later they come assist and I hurry to complete my transaction only to realize I didn’t finish scanning all my items and once again get to wait another 5 to get my ID checked again. Finally get out the store only for my wife to tell me to watch the kids because she was unable to pump gas and the pump was prompting her to go into the store and see the same lone associate. Places that operate this way and put their customers through this level of INCONVENIENCE just to have less people to pay and manage ABSOLUTELY SUCK!!! Liked it better as an undeveloped lot if this is the best you can deliver."
"Great location, neat clean and organized... I stopped through on my lunch break and grabbed a 3 PC chicken. Chicken pretty good and I would eat again and I do recommend trying.. BUT Here's where it goes down hill....the most unfriendly employees I've ever come across..... from the cooks in the back to the cashiers up front. The employees will eventually affect margins and the bottom line profit for this location..... and thats unfortunate"
