Burger King

"Me and another family member both ordered the new burger king bacon melt meal, we both had to wait a considerable amount of time. Then when we got our meal, they were unbelievably cold. I took them up to the counter, the manager said no problem, then when we got them back they were warm, but not toasted like the picture. So I took them back once again, this time the manager asked which one did we order?, I looked at him and said... What difference does it make. in the picture, they all look alike on the outside... I'm not a big fan of McDonalds, but this burger king in down town Suffolk could learn alot from McDonald's. I'll never go back there again."

"Ordered on the app for dine in. Ordered a Big Fish sandwich, free small chicken sandwich added cheese for $0.30, large drink, and large Have-sies. Tell the app I arrived, went inside and used the restroom before sitting at a table to wait for my order (app says they will call out my name when ready). Wait over 10 minutes and was the only person in the dining room, before one of the employees finally asked if I have a mobile order. I answer yes and go to the counter and he hands me a cup for my drink. Fill my cup and wait another 10 minutes before someone else asks if I have the mobile order. I again answer and head to the counter to pick up my tray of food. Get back to my table and open the small chicken sandwich and it has no cheese so I go back and ask for the cheese I ordered. Get it and sit back down and eat. When I finished the chicken sandwich I was about to open the fish sandwich when I noticed it was long and not a round sandwich. Open the wrapper to find an Original Chicken Sandwich with bacon. I was going to complain but decided it wasn't worth waiting another 10 minutes for the correct one, plus I got a slightly more expensive sandwich this way. Seems so far all of the fast food places in Suffolk are manned by morons who have 2 speeds, slow and slower."

"Couldn't find online order & staff was rude unhelpful to place was dirty tried to get food in portsmoth. app directed me to suffolk anywhere except suffolk. :( had no burgers only chicken )"

"I very rarely go to fast food, maybe a couple times a year, but my son really wanted one of those meals with a toy. When we entered, the employees were yelling and cursing. The cashier was not personable at all. The kitchen was dirty. The dining room is dirty. The drink machine was out of syrup. I tried two different drinks from that coca-cola machine and both were not good. Food was at least warm, but that's about all I can say. While we were eating, the employees were sitting on the counter and focused on their phones. I won't be going back to this location."
