"Pulled in the drive thru at 10:28 on 01.01.24 and was not acknowledged. Location closed at 11pm so I knew it was opened. Tried to go inside and they locked the door. My kid just wanted a 6 piece nug but OK"
"Strange place. Weird people "hanging out" without making a purchase. They appeared to be there to get free wi-fi and lounge around. I had to order from a screen that was hard to use because it was damaged. When they brought the food, they left out the fries......I guess no matter how computerized you get, you still can't fix stupid people."
"Went to get breakfast in summer, almost 8 dollars for a large drink and two hash browns is absolute lunacy and service was horrifically rushed. Might be most overpriced McDonald’s in country especially considering the poor service."
"Ok, since y'all don't want to answer the phone, the way y'all have treated me was very rude, I go up to the drive thru, I wait two minutes for my order to be taken, no one took, so I was thinking maybe the speaker might be broken because I saw a person pull up to the other speaker and there order was taken, so i pull over to the other station, waited for one minute, still no answer, so i just drove off but i saw other people pulling up and they just took there order right on spot, they were treating me unfairly, i don't know why, i just wanted food like everybody else. That was just cruel"
"Long wait, almost an hour for breakfast sandwiches. Had to wait while other patrons got their food and we were delivered the wrong order 3 times and was finally told on the 3rd time that our orders were given to other dibers. We were not offered any compensation and when we did get our food, you could tell it was hastenly assembled. Very disgusted with our service and the managers attitude. Wasn't our fault our food was given to the wrong people."
