"Service is extremely poor. While we were out exploring, the front desk called and said that they had to get into our room to do carpet work even though we said we don’t feel comfortable them letting some random worker in while we were gone. Additionally, when requesting additional lotion to be sent to the room, just got sassy responses from front desk lady named Sandra that if we really want just come down and get it ourselves. Wouldn’t recommend."

"This hotel internet was spotty. There was some construction at the hotel and it was outside my room door. The door to the outside was left open all day in colder weather. The door that was left open is also broken and slams every time someone exits the door. I wish the hotel staff would have secluded the construction from the guests rooms."

"The perfect hotel room for us. Having a kitchen and sofa in a hotel room was such a comfort. The price was right for us for the area. Was very happy with it. Location was what I was looking for... convenient to public bus stops, outside the hustle and bustle of downtown, yet close enough to e-cycle or a shirt bus ride to get to those activities. Pretty close to the Riverwalk a well. Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially when flying in late at night and exhausted to check in. The availability of coffee at all times was a huge perk for me; A simple thing, yet appreciated. Breakfast had good selections and they changed up some of the offerings daily. Room was clean and housekeeping came every other day which worked for us. The only upgrade I'd suggest to them is to update to USB charging ports for convenience, but certainly wasn't a deal-breaker to not have them. Would book again if traveling to the area."
