Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk

"Stayed at the Grand Hyatt 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the staff were fantastic especially the valets Cody, Jordan, and Julian! They were fast, friendly, and courteous! They work so hard!"

"The room was pretty good--sufficiently spacious, *seemed* clean--except I found a 200 mg ibuprofen tablet on the floor that somehow escaped the cleanup process, and had a coffee-maker. The bathroom is average, with the expected amenities. Phone signal in the room was poor, and the hotel Wi-Fi was slow/weak. One of the room keys they gave me when I checked in was defective, and it took 3 to 4 tries on their part to get it working. I felt the staff members were attentive and pleasant. When I asked for extra K cups for my coffee maker, they brought me plenty, combination of both caf and decaf, as well as creamer, ASAP. The gym is a really nice one, and you can do pretty much any weight and cardio routine there. There is no complimentary breakfast, and the in-house dining options are pricey. But this hotel seems geared towards convention goers, not tourists."

"This is a beautiful hotel. It was luxurious. My room, was very clean and I loved the decor of the whole building. I had a window to view the courtyard, which I enjoyed throughout my stay. The restaurant was very nice with good quality food. Just a nice vibe. The area and location of this spot was very calm and quiet."

The ONLY Horrible thing at this hotel is that breakfast stops serving for Globalists at 10 AM on Sundays… Like why? Also every other grand Hyatt allows room service breakfast, why don’t they allow this here? Would be 5 stars if it wasn’t for the breakfast policies and times…"

"I had an amazing experience at the hotel. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to mak my stay enjoyable. The room was comfortable, well-designed, and impeccably clean. The amenities were outstanding, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. From check-in to check-out, it was a seamless and delightful experience. Matthew the manager made our stay very accommodating. I would definitely recommend getting the Grand Club access while on your stay. Juan at the Grand Club made sure we had a nice experience and was very helpful. Definitely deserving of a 5-star rating!"
