"Customer service fell short, desk clerk was rude, priceline did not advertise the motel policies about deposits and pets. Book the room for a discount online ahead of time just to get the price jacked way up again when you get there.Female desk clerks attitude was like a drill Sargeant. Acted like we were in trouble with her. Too many other motels to select from to put up with that."
"The room was very clean and good sized, we were able to visit without feeling crowded. All white bedding, you can easily see you are sleeping in a clean environment. In-room coffee maker, iron, full-sized ironing board, hangers provided, mini fridge, microwave, and a safe. Free TV and wifi. The hot water lasted a long time. We were offered extra pillows and blankets. The Texas shaped waffles for breakfast were the best! The coffee and orange juice were delicious. There was not a big breakfast selection; however, we were fed, for free, and it was good. The kitchen area was very clean. The owners were very accommodating and made me feel at ease in an unknown place; they are a good reminder of why I prefer to spend my money on small family-owned businesses instead of large chains. I was able to attend the military graduation and never once worried about the room. It's an older building so it's got thicker walls. I live in the country, not city, but I never heard the traffic or the rooms on either side. We utilized the shuttle service and we're never late for anything. Thank you for taking the stress out of my stay."
