"We stayed at this hotel because it was near my sister's house. It was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. They charged me for our service dog, which is against the rules for a service dog. They accused us of putting all the towels in a trash bag, which we did not do. For this they charged my credit card an extra $150. I will dispute this. They were also very rude! My recommendation is NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Also, do not count on breakfast they ran out of food every day that we were there."

"I had a very bad experience on this stay. Am not sure how they even give 2 star rating for this hotel. 1.Rooms have Squeaky doors really have to push hard to close it properly. 2. Breakfast is a joke , only waffles all other items over and they wont refill at 8:00 am. 3. Employees are so rude , one male person try to hit me when i went to ask for breakfast refill. ( Big safety concern ) Good luck i never choose a quality inn again."

"Water barely trickled out of bath tub. Bathtub in need of re-finishing. Room had no linen for sofa bed, no tissues, no bar soap, no extra toilet paper. Breakfast- at 810am- no milk for cereal- they were out, no syrup for waffles- had to request, no juices- when requested they said only water then 10 mins later brought out a few orange juices that were gone in less than 30 seconds because everyone was waiting for something to drink, no jelly for toast, no cream cheese for bagels, no yogurt, no napkins- had to request, we're out of eggs and sausage for over 30 mins. No fruit, no oatmeal, had tea bags but no hot water to make tea. People were leaving and going to have breakfast elsewhere because there was insufficient amount of items to eat. Hotel has signs posted saying they do not allow food to be taken to the room. Only allowed you to have 1 room key. When that key went missing requested another key. The hotel was unable to provide an additional key. Playground- half of the items on the playground were so rusted they were nonfunctional, ended up going to another park for the kids to play on. Save your money and skip this place. It’s not worth the headache."

"I was a little nervous to go here after the negative reviews but my stay here was great, I walked in the place was all neat and decorated for Christmas, took a few minutes to get checked in but it was late so they probably only had one person on staff, check in was smooth and room was clean, had hot water, and snacks at the desk to buy. Checkout was smooth as well and everyone was friendly, plenty of parking in front and back, and the hallways and elevator were clean and nice and the room didn’t smell at all, and ac worked well. :) will stay here again!"

"My husband and I booked a room here for our anniversary while we were in town visiting family. When we walked in there was two staff members arguing with another customer. We stood there ignored for several minutes. The hotel manager still has not acknowledged our presence. My husband finally had to cut them off to tell them we are already paid and need our keys if they would not mind. They gave us room 125. When we got to our room the couch was full of white stains on top of a paper towel stuck to the peephole, very gross. The bed and everything else was fine. Not much to this continental breakfast the only thing up there was muffins and yogert. Check out is at 11 am. We were already starting to pack to leave at 10:30 in this process before 11. We had housekeeping knock on our door ignoring the do not distube three times asking if we were going to check out. Very rude staff upon leaving my husband and I told the housekeeper that knocked on our door to have a good day. She ignored us of course. When we get to the front desk there was no one there. So we waited a minute and finally rung the bell, finally the morning manager comes out with her child on her hip acting as though we inconvenienced her. I understand times are tough and some cannot afford childcare. But as a customer I do not need to get attitude because it. We will not be returning to this location. This place went downhill."
