"Room was very nasty! Light switch was busted showing wiring.Bedding was covered in stains and burn holes as well as the chair in the room. The bathroom had not been cleaned there was urine on the toilet. The bathtub was nasty. Bathroom ceiling was falling in due to water damage. We did not stay We checked out and asked for a refund. Staff was very rude, the manager said he refunded my money but I had an additional charge try to go through for the same amount. When I told the manager about it he said I was wrong he knew what he was doing. After calling Choice and disputing the charge with my bank I finally received my refund. I have pictures and documents to prove all of this. Just plain nasty and rude!"

"We have been staying in hotels off and on for the last three years for traveling and this is by far the worst one we have stayed in. There were stains on the down comforter, the sheets, and the bed, the room smelled awful. The sheets werent even on correctly, the cover didn't zip for the protective layer. The walls were stained. Mirrors had face marks all over them. The bathroom was disgusting and not clean. My dog accidentally spilled her water on the bathroom floor I cleaned it up and the towel was black. Will never stay there again. Staff was friendly enough just basic customer service skills."

"Room smelled bad. The comforter on one bed had a huge yellow stain. We lost some glasses and as we looked we found a nasty used lube and a xxx store receipt between the bed and the wall. Ac worked, staff was nice but bad room."

"Surprised with the negative reviews. I stayed here for about a week and enjoyed my stay. I was in room 127. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, floor was clean, microwave & fridge were clean, shower had hot water. Customer service was really nice and the process went smooth everytime I had to extend my stay. Housekeeping guy was really nice too. My only complaint was the shower head was spraying a little too hard to where it almost hurt to take a shower and there was no way to change the setting. Other than that, it was a great stay."

"Today November 3,2023. I walked in room and it stunk.Good thing I had spray disinfect with me. Walked in to rest room and there was a big roach on the tub. Ceiling had black mold.. It was cheap...but place needs work!!"
