"They discriminate against service dogs my dog was wearing his service desk and the owner came up to me and demanded to know why I needed my dog. While we were there we witnesses the owner asking a black couple for 120.00 deposit everyone else was being charged $ the owner us very mean and NASTY she walked around the whole time harrowing customers worst experience ever don't go after we meet 3 days later they charger $60.00 for not telling the front t desk why I need a dog. That I look like nothing is wrong with me she kept following me and yelling at me calling security guards treating to throw us out with no refund"

"This was the worst experience we have had. Our keys were constantly deactivated, and the housekeeping maids were very invasive. They only knocked once and did not allow us to answer before entering the room. The individuals at the desk, who we assumed were the managers or the owners, were very inattentive. They did not hear our concerns or strive to satisfy as this company implied. The room was not cleaned, the counters were sticky, and the sheets and blankets were dirty. Not only that, but our towels had holes in them. When we asked for more towels, the manager tried to convince us to request less and gave us a look when we stated we still wanted four towels (two face and two body towels). Walking in and out of the hallways and walking on the floor in the room, we noticed there was trash. We will not be returning, and we advise anyone looking for places to stay in San Antonio to keep looking. This place looks good at first glance, but anything past that, from appearance to customer service, I would rate 0 stars if possible."

"Every 5-star review you see of the current management and staff is true! Very nice room, spacious remodeled, very clean, and housekeeping kept the room great. We had fresh towels and bedding daily. I was so surprised to find they had a wonderful breakfast selection and it tasted delicious. All of the staff that we interacted with were genuinely helpful and professional and sincerely hope employees are being well compensated for their cheerful and accommodating attitudes!"
