We met Creative Concepts at the San Antonio Home and Garden show and set our free initial consult. The consult was over a tear down and removal of a wood deck and rebuild with modifications (hot tub deck) a new composite deck. "We immensely enjoyed our experience with Creative Concept Decks. Craig was very thorough and honest while explaining that our old deck was beyond repair and structurally unsound (see pictures with wooden slat railings - deck was sinking and falling off the house). He gave us an extremely fair quote for a slightly smaller deck (we decided to shrink it to save a bit), and worked with us on the aspects we wanted to change, including doing hog panel instead of the customary wooden railings. He ensured that the design included in-ground, cemented posts that would not cause the same problems we were having with our old deck. Adam and his crew got the deck built within two weeks. They were flexible and even came out to work in the rain. Their craftsmanship was apparent, and they cleaned up our yard after leaving.
