"We unfortunately had a gentleman server that couldn't careless about his service to my husband and I . Never brought us our lemon for our tea , never came back for anything period !! Dropped out food and noticed him being very attentive to other tables and just ignored us , we are seniors and it seems that this happens quite often to elders ..I mentioned this to this cashier who appeared to be a manager , he had no response ! Sorry we went there .. last time !"

"My favorite neighborhood go-to for happy hour nachos and margaritas. Live music Friday and Saturday night. The staff is great and the food is affordable even today."

"10 years ago I had a bad experience at a Las Palapas swore never to go back,,, moved around the corner from the Austin HWY location & will never stop going for all food Mexican . Great service, great food we even go for happy hour(full bar) & sometimes live entertainment BEST Location. I have the rewards app & and every time I go either drive thru or dine in I get CRAZY discounts ,free tacos, drinks, $5-$10 off my bill!!! In this economy that's is great for our family budget! I have no pictures because we waste no time in eating but the pictures posted in prev reviews give it justice!! The manager is awesome & attentive & the staff fast & courteous. Everybody deserves a 2nd chance I'm glad I gave this Austin Hwy location a one."

"6/18 always good, but this morning, they forgot guacamole and gave me medium ice water when I asked for a large. 7/30 tried the stuffed alvocado. Everything tasted great. The name made me laugh, though, because it's more of a dry soup salad with an alvocado underneath. 11/28/23 can't stay away from that Ranch Taco While there, I randomly tried the Chorizo and Bean taco. Interesting choice to serve. Haha, it reminds me of something I'd be with the family at home as a kid."

"So we have driven by Las Palapas dozens of times and never stopped, but today was the day to come in for breakfast. Our grandson is a bean and cheese taco expert, he knows what good tortillas taste like and when he gobbled down 2 bean and cheese tacos, a bacon strip, and an extra tortilla in a matter of minutes it's a good meal. I had the spicy sausage Ranchero Taco and the Machicado taco, they were delicious. You can tell a quality Mexican food restaurant by simple things, tortillas, rice, beans the quality of the meat the use. The sausage used was quality sausage, not a large winnie or a sausage with fillers. The machicaco taco had fajita meat. It was a great breakfast and I can wait to go back to this location or try Las Palapas somewhere else in town."
