Walmart Supercenter

"When looking for items we had researched online, we found everything out of place and mislabeled. Something that was marked 10$ turned out being 25$ and we didn’t found out until we got to self checkout (not my first choice but no other cashier was open). Multiple staff members had to take 20 minutes to figure out what was going on, only to tell us WE read it wrong, not that it was in the wrong place. Big disappointment, going to HEB from now on."

"Showed up early to pick up an order by 7 minutes, ran inside to use the bathroom and the new manager was so upset that I parked there that she had my account blocked, even though I was back within the 7 minutes and then was able to start the trip on time. I enjoyed the job and the money was helping to get me out of debt that I have had since my divorce. Disabled Veteran and honestly it feels extremely arbitrary for someone to burn your bridges for taking a leak."

"I was amazed. The very first time ever going to the check outs and there wasn’t any one in front of me. Great job Walmart. The lady even rang up my items. I almost felt that they cared. Almost. I feel if I’m paying your prices then you need to check my items and make me go to self checkout. Ridiculous"

"This is a newer Walmart I guess, so if you're one of those ppl that goes "let's not go to this Walmart. Let's go to the good one!" Then I've found the place for you. But if you're looking up Walmart reviews then what's up with you? Who hurt you? No photos please. Walmarts look so much alike they may as well be the Backrooms."

"This location has been steadily declining in quality over the years. Tonight was the last straw, and I will not be shopping here again. I am immensely displeased, and will be choosing other places for shopping in the future. I went in this evening to grab an item, and found out it was behind a locked case. Didn't have a problem with this, there was a convenient button to call for assistance. I do so then have to wait 15 minutes before anybody appears. If you're going to place items behind a locked case, please make it convenient. Then when the individual arrived, I was told I had to immediately check out, which was reasonable, and I understand the policy. I go to finish my shopping, and when I get to the checkout where I was told to go, it was closed. I am told to go to a different one, and they spend another 10 minutes looking for my item which they lost. At the end of it, I was told they could not find it, and would have to go back to the case to start again. This policy is completely unreasonable, both for customers and employees working here. Both individuals assisting me, had to set aside their other tasks, and ground everything to a halt with a huge line behind where I was checking out."
