"Love this H.E.B., everything I've ever needed has always been in stock, the employees are very friendly and helpful, and the curbside service here has never gone wrong for me. Unfortunately, this is a place where you will possibly be yelled at for any reason by a few entitled old white women who clearly think you don't belong in "her store". This is regardless of you being in uniform or of your elderly mother picking out cake mix for her 4yr old Grandaughters birthday. It's like the elderly roaming that store are mad at everybody, and eachother, for being there when they are there during the daytime. Not even the wonderful employees are safe from these people between 10:30AM - 2:30 PM."

"Ordered Valentines flowers 9 days in advance. Asked to pickup 2 days before Valentines. With the intention of not being last minute. When I went to pickup they couldn't find my order, or even the request. Marilyn politely offered to put something together. While I was annoyed to have to wait, I kindly accepted. This was a bouquet for someone who has never received flowers before. Which is why I called in advance, to make sure it was going to have everything I wanted in the arrangement. Unfortunately, what I received looked thrown together and bare. I asked to have greenery added, she said they didn't have any. I asked for more baby breath, she said they didn't have any. I was completely unsatisfied and disappointed. But I had already paid and didn't have time to ask for a refund. The worse part in all of this was that the HEB employees did not care at all.You would think they would have tried a little harder to fix their own mistake! Do not recommend ordering flowers from here for special occasions."

"I really need to find another location. The employees here are not friendly. They will be stocking and leave their carts right in the middle of the aisle. They don't say excuse me if they need to get by, or if you need to get by they just look at you struggling. They stand in the aisles and have full on conversations, while shoppers are trying to pass. The employees that do the curbside are rude. The only employees that are nice are in the pharmacy."

"No good tamales for breakfast, it’s all burned, horrible taste. I feel Disappointing because they knew what they were packing but still they are selling it for $10.19. I guess they don’t care what they give to the customer, specially when is ready- made food. We buy it because we trust. Now I need to check first before buying it. Thanks for the horrible breakfast!!!"
