"IF YOU ARE AT SAN ANTONIO ZOO AND YOU SEE THIS, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. it is *extremely* not worth it. I came with my kids and fiancé and We ordered the chicken waffle cone that was *supposed to* come with Mac and cheese topped with bacon bits, mashed potatoes with my choice of gravy (a choice I wasn’t presented with at the kiosk on the touch screen menu) and Chicken tenders (as in multiple the tenders) along with a kiddie tender basket and fries. After waiting 20 minutes, my fiancé approached the table and I was presented with a singular chicken tender and a waffle cone full of mashed potatoes and nothing else. My kids got some decent sized tenders and a nice amount of fries but for the price we paid? I could have gotten more for cheaper at a fast food place. I know I may come off as a Karen to some but I don’t care, for damn near 60 dollars we should have gotten more. I normally try to give a place the benefit of the doubt but this “cafe” was a joke."
