"Lived here for a little over 2 years. The buildings are very rundown and hardly updated at all. The foundation is shifting tremendously, hardly anything is caulked, water gets shut down often due to old plumbing issues, the breezeways are filled with dead bugs constantly, the laundromat is gross and makes your clothes stink, and the place is roach infested. They spray things down for the roaches every so often but it’s so bad I think the place just needs to be completely gutted. No matter how much you clean the walls, baseboards, and doors, the place is caked with stains so it is kinda embarrassing to have guests over. The dust also accumulates super quickly and it can get hard to breathe (getting an air purifier relieved some, but it too would get filled with dust quickly) and the air filters needed to get replaced every 1-2 months. Management sucks."

"The manager isn't bad, she just doesn't bend on anything . Don't park there with out a parking permit, you will eventually be towed. Neighbors are all friendly . The roaches were the worst part of this place . Completely infested ."
"They jerk you around with their poor managment. The dead bolt fell out!!!!!!! They failed to mention that the aparment we rented was cleaner when we left than when we moved in and was rented out two days later. They didn't lose any money. Renter beware. I wouldn't touch any of their complexs again. Everything and I do mean everything is the renters fault. I'm glad we just bought our home this Feb, 2012 and never have to rent again."
