"I just want to share my experience with this apartment complex so hopefully you will consider moving elsewhere to somewhere that will not provide you the same service I’ve been provided. I moved into a one bedroom apartment and lasted 2 days before I couldn’t handle the horrible stench of cigarette’s all within the apartment. I refused to move any of my belongings in nor bring my dog to her new home as I couldn’t last 10 minutes without having to get a fresh breath of air outside so I wouldn’t vomit. I emailed the email they suggest in the reviews and the office called me immediately asking me to switch to a 2 bedroom in a different building. I am very grateful for that but that was the last thing ever helpful to happen with this complex. The day I moved in to the new apartment I barely opened a kitchen drawer only for it to completely fall apart exposing mold. I immediately filed a maintenance repair. A week later not a peep from anyone.. then I get a notification while I was at work that the maintenance order was completed. I go home and nope, nothing was touched. I then put in another request only for them to CLOSE IT OUT AGAIN SAYING IT WAS COMPLETED. I pay almost 2000 a month for this apartment as a very young adult living completely on my own. I work very hard and this being my very first apartment, of course I want it to be nice. The shower has mold all within the tile, there is mold growing out of my light switch. My entry light switch doesn’t work, tons of damages from the start. I wasn’t given a key for my patio door. All the maintenance requests I’ve put in do not get repaired nor do they even contact you about it. There are lots of things that I am not at fault for with this apartment that I guarantee I will be charged for when I move out. I stopped attempting the maintenance requests as for one, they won’t do it, and two, ive heard from MULTIPLE people who also live in the complex that when they maintenance men come they are rude if you are present and they allegedly STEAL when they come when you aren’t home. So no, I absolutely do not want them coming to my home especially if I am not there. I’ve been up to the office multiple times only for nothing to get done and even employees telling me that their job is a disaster. It explains why every-time I’ve gone to the office there is a new set of employees. I could go on and on how this last year living at boulder ridge has seriously been an awful experience for my very first apartment on my own. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE WHATSOEVER. I toured copper ridge across the street owned by the same company and that apartment they showed me reeked of cat piss. Please just save yourself and avoid ALL MAA apartments."

"We have lived in this apartment for exactly a year. We have had minimal communication from the office and maintenance. The side gate is consistently broken. While it has been broken we have had a smashed windshield (6/28/23) and our garage has now been broken into. (9/25/23) the cops informed us that maybe 2 weeks ago another garage unit in this complex was broken into. Upon first moving in we had some straight line winds that revealed one of our bedroom windows was separating from the seal leaving a huge gap for hot air to get in. We had a door come off the frame at the bottom, and then after a month of contacting them it ended up coming completely off the frame. 2 months of contacting maintenance and office staff they finally came to fix it after claiming there were sooooo many A/C issues. (Which we had had our unit freeze over) We have had trash not get picked up for almost 2 weeks, but we left a headboard for 2 days and we received an email to remove it. After all of this happening they ask if we want to renew our lease with an almost $300 increase in rent. No thank you. Minus the construction next door and the train, this is a quiet community and everyone we’ve ran into have been friendly. That’s all the good I have to say."

"I have been a resident of MAA Boulder Ridge since June 2022. I stay here on rent in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment on the 3rd floor. I highly rate this society with calm and beautiful surroundings. The pool is beautiful and regularly maintained. The associates at the leasing office are super helpful, I would especially name Breanne who has always been super informative, helpful and warm. All my maintenance requests have been super promptly resolved and there is periodic maintenance from the authorities as well. The location of this society is perfect. No crowded surroundings yet pretty much close to everything. The neighbors experience has been perfect as well"

"i’m writing another review because this place DOES NOT CARE about you in the slightest. We had 60 days left of this horrendous place and there was a major pipe burst in the unit next to us that also flowed in our unit. Our Kitchen was flooded along with the washer/dryer and maintenance only came in when I caught them driving around outside and asked them to take a look. Keep in mind I already had TWO emergency work orders put in and NO ONE responded. We had to leave the apartment for a week had to miss our inspection due to the leak and the manager just rolled her eyes in annoyance that I couldn’t be present when the apartment was FLOODING. I work from home how would it be possible to work with an active flooding leak??? They tore down our kitchen floors, ceiling and doors and still have yet to come and check up on it. They could at least have the decency to put a tarp over but no. In the photos you can still see the water damage from above and fun fact Mold’s best friend. I have emailed the leasing office/management many times and still NO RESPONSE. i’m hoping coming here would get someone to contact me. We still need to reschedule the inspection and have gotten no response when asking when is the next best time. THESE PEOPLE DONT CARE AND RUN A DUMP."
