"I love my new apartment cottage. It is the perfect size. The customer service from the front office to maintenance is spot on. It has great amenities at the clubhouse (2 pools!) and a nice gym with lots of equipment options. I have great neighbors and it feels like home. I highly recommend if anyone is looking to rent an apartment cottage."

Coming from a bad experience with our last apartment complex, this community has been so refreshing & relieving. Maintenance is always attentive, timely, & friendly. "The CUTEST homes!!! We are so happy to live here. We moved in about 2 months ago and it’s been a great experience. Maintenance is friendly, prompt, and does a good job, the management is awesome which is so rare in a rental community, the grounds are well maintained, the amenities are top notch, and all our neighbors are so kind and keep their areas looking nice. With 2 small kids it’s perfect for our little growing family and would’ve been great before kids too. The fact that we can have a detached home, yard, garage, and all brand new and modern is so wonderful! Plus the location is fabulous. Super close to food and shopping but on a quiet street. And a park with a big playing field, basketball court, and fishing ponds right next door too! Perfect balance."
