Enclave at Westport

"One of the worst places I’ve ever lived. Here’s what to expect living here that the 5-star “Move-In” reviews don’t mention: Community management and staff are rude, shrug off, and ignore issues/complaints. Staff is only nice when you’re signing a lease. The gates are open as they’re “too expensive to fix” if they break as told by property management, yet they still advertise it as a gated community. In addition, there are no cameras outside around the property to suffice for lack of functioning gates. This causes parking issues as well as unwelcome visitors coming in such as solicitors and shady individuals. The property is not kept clean either. There’s trash all over and items are left at the bottom of the stairways for weeks on end. Please avoid living here if you want a nice and clean community where the management is professional and cares!"

"I have lived here for almost 4 years now. Objectively, nothing is perfect anywhere you go. All apartment complex have their issues. What makes the difference, is the people. Crystal, Abi, Jolie, Briana, and Elvin have been phenomenal the entire time I have been here. It has been nice knowing that the staff isn’t constantly turning over.The office has always been pleasant and quick to assist with any issue you could think of. The maintenance team constantly keeps the grounds looking good and always quick to a solution when something goes wrong. If you are looking for a great location, great apartment, and a overall great community, stop by Enclave. Props to you, team! Keep it up!"

"Worst place to rent. If u want a place where dog owners let their pets piss and poop in breezeways and elevators sign up. Also leasing office never answers the phone. The Valet trash, they allow them to come up with their toddlers to pick up trash. If u have a problem the leasing office will end your lease for asking too many questions or wanting answers for the poor quality of their apartment. Get use to having the fire alarm go off at all hours especially when its cold. There is never parking because they dont regulate that. Multiple people here let their friends and relatives park here even tho they live somewhere else. Best school district but there is so many other quality apartments close by. Best of luck if u rent here."

I recently had to do a transfer and didn’t know what to do, I called and went up to the office and Jolie McGee, Briana Gibson and their managers helped me be able to do it stress free and helping me through the entire process. They were completely understanding and extremely helpful with everything I had questions about. I would 100% recommend living here to my friends and family with how amazing they are!"
