I started apartment searching a little sooner than I should have, but Daniella has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process - application, picking my unit & moving in. The complex is absolutely beautiful and the grounds are kept up with very well. It’s nice looking forward to going home to somewhere that you actually enjoy living at. "Management is awful. Units are old and trashed. Nasty property EDIT: we are way past making my experience more positive. Here’s some advice though to make it more positive for others: - why don’t you pick up the disgusting amount of dog feces around the property that continues to infest it? Maybe keeping the disposal bags stocked all the time would help - why don’t you eliminate your new tow truck company so guests can visit when they want or stay overnight without the fear of being towed? You have a plethora of parking spots that are NEVER filled. Ever. Nobody is parking at Maa watermark for convenience… 90% of dfw doesn’t even know where Roanoke is. Not to mention the registration app that isn’t posted absolutely anywhere on property doesn’t work half the time but your tow company is prowling around in their trucks every single night like homeless scavengers. For what? I’m sure though that Maa is a getting a kickback and this is just pure greed. Disgusting and infuriating. -Why don’t you upgrade your appliances so something isn’t breaking once a month? - dog park addition is great but it’s a constantly muddy dog park for some reason even when the sun is out that smells like sewage back flow and requires a bath for your dog every time. Maybe put in turf like every other complex? Maybe a light at night would help too. With your rent renewal increases I’m sure you can afford to do something about this. -Why does hot water last 5 min in the shower and nothing can be done about it? This sucks. - how about if you have entrance gates that work… they are open 95% of the time. Not very secure. If they worked maybe you can eliminate the pathetic towing agreement. -how about doing maintenance on the pool in the winter/off-season and not half of the summer? That would make sense. - how about instead of forcing your tenants to use a horrendous service like spectrum which constantly has internet and cable issues, to use what they want like most places? Guessing this is a greed kickback thing too. - This isn’t your problem but sure becomes your residents problem. The phone service is awful with ATT, Verizon, and T-Mobile. Awful. Constant dropped calls and no service bars all day every day. For people that work from home this is a disaster and you sure as he** can’t rely on spectrum. You are a complex that is so strict on towing yet you can’t get even get a cell phone signal at it, this is mind boggling. I and I think most people want a secure building with gates that work, where guests feel welcome to come over for however long they want without the fear of being towed, where the cell service isn’t like I’m in the middle of the jungle, where I’m free to use whatever internet/cable provider I find best, where I can take a hot shower whenever I want and for more than 5 min, where I’m not constantly stepping in massive dog feces, and a place that cares enough to have appliances that don’t break every month. Doesn’t sound unreasonable."

"Extremely nice closed communiy and well maintained as well. Good thing is, Its a small one in a good way. Maintainance request are attended quick and most of the devices are smart enabled which you can manage from your mobile from locking your main door to thermostate to Kitchen and bedroom lights."
