"If i could give this place half a star i would. Never lived in a place with such disregard for its residents. Your vehicle will be towed multiple times while you are here. The towing company they use is 40 Minutes away and the office cant be reached 90% of the time. Stay away from this place"

"If I could give 0 stars I would! I lived at these apartments for 3 years and at first it wasn't too bad but then we had a loud upstairs neighbor that we complained to the front office about and they never did anything. The property is always dirty, even when landscaping comes out they don't pick up trash they just mow right over it. There is dog crap everywhere and the doggy trash bins are over filled to where it is all around on the ground. We reported a complaint of a bad smell and noticed there was a dead opossum, since it was closed to them closing for the day I figured they'd get it the following day. It never got removed, it was in the middle of summer and it ended up just decaying. They have a trash company to pick up your garbage daily besides the weekend which there is a charge, but half the time the company wasn't picking up our trash or would skip over you and if you have bags outside of the trash can provided that'll be an additional charge. Once our lease was up we were ready to go, I sent in my notice way in advance. They sent us a move out check list that we completed along with set up our move out walk through, the day of the walk through we waited so long, I called 15 min after the time and was told the manager was in a meeting and she'd be by in 45 minutes. waited a whole hour with no response so I called back and they said only management can do a walk through but one of the office gals came in, walked in and out of rooms not really looking over anything opened a kitchen cabinet and then our fridge and said she was done...had no feedback or anything. Finally after our move out we had been waiting for anything if we had any fees or if we would get our deposit back. They never said anything until I reach out after 30 days with an invoice that made not sense. I have requested the original invoices for the work orders for our clean out, photos and even the move in form we filled out when we originally moved in. It has been 18 days so far without any luck, the front office tells us to reach out to their property management team which is hard to get ahold of, I called and their hold music and automatic message says to go to their website to request information I've gone twice and the website says they will get back to you within 24 hours....it's been a week!! I get there is some payment I need to make but not all the charges should be on my invoice. I will not recommend this community to anyone and hope those who currently live there don't have any issues or can find a better option once their lease is up. Such a horrible community and property management!!!!"

"The office staff is nice ,but the property isn't taken care of. Honestly, it's the residents here. They throw trash everywhere and don't pick up after their dogs, amongst many other things that bring down the atmosphere of the apartment. However, the filthy pool, dog stations, and trash compacter should be managed by the property. Also, if people aren't picking up after their pets, there should be a grounds keeper to at least do damage control. The dog poop issue is unsanitary. I was disappointed because this area is nice, but I'm paying for amenities and atmosphere I can't enjoy."

"Since the management changed, there have been several issues with the place. They have started charging fees for every little thing, even if your renter's insurance expires after the first day, and they will charge you without any consideration. We never used to pay for trash, but now we are paying for a Trash Valet service that hardly picks up the trash, and the compactor is always full and poorly maintained. The pool, which used to be cleaned even in the offseason, is now green even on the best day. It's not worth the Texas-sized tax that I'm paying right now. The office management seems to be indifferent, which is probably why we have so many vacant apartments in this community, whereas we used to be completely occupied. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is they finally fixed the gate after its been broken for over a year."
