"I updated my rating to one as it was really a bad experience after further consideration. I let Logan know that we needed an updated document per the bank and mortgage requirement and he ignored my messages at some point. I received assistance from Esther afterwards but I got provided with a Premium increase of roughly $1500. Because of this agency, this ended up to delay my closing date which represents a tangible prejudice. Very unprofessional. Customer service skills and customer experience at its worst. Very embarrassing."

"I had a 5 star experience with this company (spoke to Logan) and was not surprised to see 268 google reviews and perfect 5.0 rating when I hopped on to give my rating. Logan made it feel like they had my back, and that they have deep industry experience. Also, they gave me the best rate I could find (beat the closest offer by about $1,000 for my 3,800 sq ft house). (Note: I have spent about a week shopping around and used brokers as well). So, as of now (Sept 2023) they have the best rates, and they insure “open peril” instead of just 12 items like other companies. They also have a high payout rate for claims. Will write another review when renewal time comes next year. Will most likely be 5 star as well. Thanks guys!"
