"SUPER FRIENDLY! Guy here squeezed me in at the end of day on Memorial weekend after I mentioned my car's terrible shake. Guy also pointed out the cause was likely a n inner tie rod, which it was only a $54 part. Two other shops pushed for a $900 and $1400 bill just for new tire, brakes, and rotors. Thank you so much."

"Called in to see if they do tire rotations. I was told they do. II called in late to work so that I could get my tires rotated so I drove up to the auto center and requested a tire rotation. The guy hesitated to answer and then said that they don't do tire rotations. I told him I called in and asked and was told they do. He then says I don't think we can do your truck because it's too heavy. I have a Sierra 1500. I told him It's not any heavier then any other pick up and that they had a truck already inside that was also a half ton like mine.He then told me that the "machine" was broken. Funny thing is that as he's telling me this there is an F150 inside being worked on. They were removing a tire so I assumed they were going to be receiving some type of tire service that might need the "machine".It was obvious he was refusing service."

"I just get my oil change and my car batteries here. I never get asked for additional services. Customer service is always great and direct. I noticed some people complain that they waited and can’t get anything done cause something happened and Walmart can’t do anything. Just call ahead Walmart is busy most of the time and will give you a wait time estimate if you call. This is Walmart not a mechanic shop, so they’re not miracle workers when it comes to servicing cars with serious problems."
