"I had a bad experience with the assistant manager I asked her about a manual for my truck and she informed me that what I was looking for would be in the trucks manual I bought the manual and what I was looking for was not in the manual so I went to return it and she told me I would have to come back on tomorrow and talk to the store manager to get a full refund wasting gas and time she is the store manager she can authorized a full refund the manager name was Kendra she was very rude and unprofessional"

"I just went to this store to rent a tool, the lady name Kendra looks like dont have experience, it took like 15 minutes to find the tool, i pay it, after that i ask for a termostat, when she was ready to go and take another 15 minutes to find it, the phone rings and she took a call, after that i was waiting another 15 minutes because she was on the phone, checking this and that cheching waranties etc... I just say nevermind, ill go to Auto zone to buy the termostat, you take so long.. The store was empty and two was in the front, she and other guy... Other guy was waiting for customers why he doesn't take that call...???"
