"Awesome staff and a very clean store. My battery had gone bad in my truck late into the evening. The store and staff were preparing to close the store in about an hour. Despite the remaining time, Jon came out to help me with my vehicle with a battery test. He explained the batteries the store had in stock and was professional the entire time we were there. He offered to replace my battery for me and cleaned the terminals. Very professional service and I have shifted my home store to this location. Thank you, Jon, for your expertise and assistance."
"Short on staff trying to serve everyone. Finally, we just went down the road to a different O'Reilly's. This is a new store but apparently it doesn't have enough employees in it. I've been there once before and never had the problem. Guess it just depends on the day of the week too"
"The employee name Chris at the Shadow Creek, Pearland, Texas location was very nonchalant and told me he can’t come out to see what rear wiper blade I needed for my wife’s car. I was puzzled!!! I said I’m not asking you to change it, I’ll do that when I get home. He said we can’t go look at any vehicles outside….smartly. I in turn, smiled, shook my head and walked out. This review should be a lesson for one who exhibits poor customer service like Chris did. Not only will I never go to that one on Shadow Creek, I’m apprehensive of going to any O’Reilly if the training for employees is that poor. Proud consumer"
