"I was needing a baking element for my older oven. Jerry “Rain Man” looked at a picture of the element and recalled a part number from memory that would work as a substitute for my discontinued baking element. Not only did he go above and beyond recalling a part from memory he spent and extra ten min past closing to insure my thanksgiving wasn’t a disaster!!! Rain Man saved thanksgiving!!!!"

"I purchased an element for my oven which I did not use because I was able to test the old element and it was still good. (Problem ended up being something else) Trible's would not let me return the new element. The representative said that they don't accept returns on electrical items and that policy is on the receipt. It's too late to read the policy if it's on the receipt! This policy was never discussed prior to the sell of a $225 element. Save your time and money and shop somewhere that doesn't have shady policies."

"Went in for a Frigidaire stovetop part for a quick home repair - ended up having to return the part originally bought in exchange for the correct part after more research. Sales team was great in identifying the part numbers on my first visit, and the part-return/exchange was seamless on my second visit."
