"I will say I was there to get service from the Geek squad department and they were genuinely good people, My helper was amazing he explained everything to me the way I thought he should, the manager came out and thanked me for my patience with them for waiting. That was so thoughtful. I actually enjoyed the wait. He had conversation in between while I waited."

"I recently visited Best Buy with the intention of purchasing a new refrigerator, looking specifically for one that would fit the space of my current fridge at home. As part of my due diligence, I was carefully measuring the dimensions of various models on the showroom floor. Unfortunately, my experience took a turn for the worse when I sought assistance from one of the employees. Upon explaining that I was measuring the fridges to ensure a proper fit for my home, the employee's response was far from helpful. Rather than offering guidance or additional information, he simply pointed to the door of one of the fridges, indicating where the dimensions were posted—a detail I had admittedly overlooked. While I understand that the information I needed was available on the fridge itself, I was taken aback by the employee's dismissive attitude. There was a lack of willingness to engage in a meaningful conversation or to provide the kind of customer service I had expected from a reputable retailer like Best Buy. The interaction left me feeling embarrassed and frustrated, especially since the employee walked away while I was still speaking, showing a clear disregard for my questions and concerns. This experience was not only disappointing but also surprising, given Best Buy's reputation for customer service. It's unfortunate that a moment's interaction can so drastically impact one's shopping experience, but in this case, it did. I hope that this feedback will encourage Best Buy to address and improve the way their staff interacts with customers, ensuring that future shoppers receive the respectful and helpful service they deserve."

"The phone system is not the best. It transfers you to a call center if they don’t pickup, and you can’t get an in-store representative. HOWEVER, Jay is the most amazing employee I’ve ever met at a Best Buy. Wow. I wish I could hire this guy. Absolutely amazing pick for your store manager. Great communication skills and explanation of processes. Everyone should be like Jay! You’re the best, thanks for helping me today, making what I thought would be a hassle, nothing of the sort!"

"Me and my friend went in looking for something specific. We stopped a trio of young boys, probably 16-18, two Hispanic kids and a fat white kid. They laughed in our faces, we’re extremely unhelpful and rude, didn’t even bother to help us. Would have been five stars if we hadn’t interacted with them. They need to be taught how to interact with customers because they are an awful representation for the brand. We sought out another employee and a guy with long curly hair, and glasses went above and beyond to help us! He was extremely helpful, checked the warehouse, the website and did everything in his power to try and help us out. They didn’t have it in stock but we really appreciated his effort, especially after those kids were extremely rude and dismissive of our search."

"Great place to shop. Awesome helpful staff! I bought my washer and dryer here and I love it. They offered me 250.00 gift cards with our purchase and I went back and bought the Kitchen-Aid mixer that I’ve always wanted!!!"
