"This is a convenient location for me and I’m convinced it’s convenient for everyone here in Knoxville because they tend to be out of a lot of grocery items at this location. I enjoy browsing their seasonal areas and dollar area but for groceries I do my shopping online. That way I can see everything that they don’t have and know which location to get it from. Their food lettuce, fruits and vegetables always look fresh here and taste fresh compared to the regular grocery stores here."
"When I visited this location I was able to purchase the items that I was looking for. But the level of customer service was appalling, all the staff that encountered seen preoccupied refuse to make eye contact and when you walk up to them to ask them a question it seems like you are asking something impossible when you're not. It is a very uncomfortable feeling as a customer to feel like that I'm a burden in a store that I chose to take money that's not easy to come by and spend it at this particular store. I'm just asking for at least the bare minimum I'm not expecting a red carpet to be rolled out for me but seriously it is becoming a huge issue being made to feel that way when you're shopping"
