"Our bagger forgot to give us our books. It’s alright, my mom calls customer service. Customer service lady says they have it, and that we can come pick it up whenever. We come 3 days later to pick up our books. The girl working at customer service seemed very disinterested. She went to go check for our books, looked for maybe less than 30 seconds, came back and said she couldn’t find it. Obviously my mom and I were not happy. Someone had told us over the phone they had our books. And they might as well could’ve been back there but she didn’t care. Then the lady says “well you can go get more copies of them.” Well lady, the books we had were the only copies. Sick of the customer service girl, we just got a refund and left. Leaving this review for y’all and we will be contacting a manager."
"The target store itself is nice as in clean. It doesn’t always have a great selection but it’s convenient to home. I was specifically looking for a book that the app said was in stock- I looked down every single aisle and when I went to ask for help the employee huffed a little and answered his ringing phone as I was trying to ask for assistance- and then proceeded to ask me what I needed after he took his call; as to the book it was in the wrong aisle completely versus what the app said so that’s why it was not locatable… The Starbucks staff also is 0/10. They are extremely rude and act like it’s an inconvenience to make your drink(s)"
"This location is really great always well organized which makes it easy to get it and get out if needed. My son also loves the toy section they always have what he’s looking for."
