"I love this place. And most everyone there will go beyond to help in any way. There is this one specific rude, snobby, always in a bad mood, treats others a less than, employee that usually works up front. I get it, you hear the same lies and drama everyday from customers. Unfortunately you should still treat everyone as they are the top priority. I would literally go to another store if I could get all I needed JUST TO NOT see this one worker. No personal issues other than smiling to say hi and she was rude thinking I said something else. But every time I see her, I literally go to the opposite area. I literally left without getting an exchange one time just because she was my only option. And ALL of the other ladies up front are the best, amazing and knowledgeable employees. Just that one thorn."
"I love my Home Depot they have been so helpful since I've started doing crafts with jars and wood crafts . I buy all my paint here and they have everything I could possibly need for someone doing DIY crafts . Everyone here is so helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable about everything in the store ."
"Paula in customer service was awesome. They were going to charge a 20% restock fee for an order I just placed but she was able to take care of it saving me a ton of money and time. Thanks Paula! Also shout-out to Bruce Anderson in windows for being amazing when ordering those. He was super helpful and patient with me."
"I had to return a door and I asked the gentleman on the register to help me. Once he returned the door I wanted to see if he could look up the same door in his system but look it up for a 30" width instead of the 24"width that I just returned. He said he couldn't do it right now. There was only one other person in line behind me. I was some what flustered that he wouldn't take the time to do that for my company. I also noticed he was logged in under a female name so it's not the fault of the person logged into the service desk front register. 9/12/22 11:18 am. "Their lumber for decking is the worse a person can buy. My contractor used Home Depot to purchase the lumber and nearly every piece cracked. He refused to replace very little and Home Depot only offered more of their defective lumber. I will never purchase anything from either the contractor or Home Depot again. Lowes will be my go to business."
